Section 4: A member may vote by proxy duly executed in writing by the member and in the form provided herein and filed with the Secretary, or her designee, before the vote. Proxy votes are limited to items appearing on the written agenda for the meeting for which the proxy is filed. A proxy is revocable at will upon notice to the Secretary or her designee. A proxy is void upon the death of a member or her disqualification from the membership for any reason.
